An appeal of Mr. Boroujerdi’s family to the secretary-General of United Nations


Dear Dr. Ban Ki-Moon,
The secretary General of United Nations,
Your Excellency,

Subject: an appeal for Mr. Boroujerdi’s grave condition
Respectfully, we would like to inform you that Mr. Boroujerdi, the well-known prisoner of conscience, has been imprisoned since 8th October 2006 in general sections and solitary confinements of different prisons of Iran without going on leave. Although this prisoner of conscience suffers from a range of serious ailments because of different kinds of tortures and lack of suitable health care during his 44-month detention, the authorities has not done any thing to him receiving necessary medical treatment in detention. More over, during the last months, several cases of attempt up on his life has been planed inside the prison to kill him to make this dissident person silent.
In this regards, we kindly ask you to investigate the critical situation of Mr. Boroujerdi inside of Evin prison and his complaints about Human Rights violations in Iran urgently and under your direct supervision in your trip to Iran.

I hope Mr. Ban Ki-moon considers condition of human rights in Iran and also of the political and ideological prisoners like Mr. Boroujerdi who has been imprisoned only for conscience, fairly and do the best.
with the hope of the day which we have no prison and no prisoner

Mr.Boroujerdi has bad Situation in prison and i hop that Mr.Ban KI moon can Pressure on the goverment to Release him.

In respect to the condition of
Mr. Boroujerdi, whom has been suffering from severe medical problems while incarcerated at Evin Prison, denied medical treatment, and is currently being treated inhumane by the current Iranian leaders. I urge you to promptly look into this vital situation, as his poor health could have terrible consequences in reguards to his quality of life in the future and lack of longevity. Your Prompt attention towards this matter is greatly appreciated.
