The unacceptable, conditional promise by the Special Court for Clergy to Kazemaini Boroujerdi

According to the report from "Human Rights and Democracy in Iran" on Wednesday, Persian date Farvardin 23, Access Boroujerdi's appearance at the Special Court for Clergy once again included a demand by authorities that we renounce our beliefs. Authorities did admit in Court that the Regime has made mistakes, but insisted that we must end our Campaign.

 Legal representation and medical care would be provided to Mr. Boroujerdi by Court officials if we would do so. Access Boroujerdi, with courage and fortitude, will continue on with our Campaign and press our positions publicly.
