Deteriorating of Mr. Boroujerdi Physical Condition and denial of medical care

According to a recent report from Tehran to  the Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran the status of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, the prisoner of conscience who advocates the separation of religion from state and the establishment of peace and justice, has deteriorated. Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi has been refused all medicine and medical care by the Special Cleric's Court in Tehran that his family requested.
According to this report in recent days the physical and mental health condition of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, the prisoner of conscience and opposed to religious supreme leadership, has been worsening because of the unsuitable conditions of the prison and  the intensifying psychological pressures.
The abduction of his brother's corpse, Sayyed Hassan, and the prevention of his burial in the family cemetery, as well as increased threats and the  control of his family by security and intelligence forces, adds to the deterioration of Mr. Boroujerdi’s physical condition. This with the denial of medical care has caused him to be in serious risk of heart attack.
Mrs. Akram Validust had contacted the special court for the Clergy. She had  protested the   prevention of  hospitalization, and  asked them at least to deliver his medicine.  But Evin Prison authorities had refused all medicine and medical care for Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, and also threatened her for following up on her husband's status.
Despite repeated requests and the follow-up of families and human rights communities, Mr. Boroujerdi has been deprived of having access to any medical treatment, an independent lawyer, and so far has not been permitted any medical leave even for an hour.
Mr. Boroujerdi, who is spending the seventh year of his 11-years’ conviction in Even Prison solely for his pacifist beliefs, is suffering from various diseases as a result of the persecution and  the inhumane conditions of the  prison.  Despite repeated requests and continuous follow-up of his family and international human rights organizations, he is deprived of  having any medical attention or an attorney at law. So far, his request for a medical leave, even for one hour, has been rejected.
Human Rights Activists for Democracy In Iran condemns the attempt on the dissident cleric Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi’s life. This attempt was made against him by the agents of the Religious Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. The High Commissioner for Human Rights and other international authorities have requested that a crimes against humanity case naming Ali Khamenei be sent to the UN Security Council in order to make the necessary enforced decisions.
