Today Sunday, November 16th, Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi was admitted to the prison clinic due to physical deterioration,
while he was at the 16 th- day of his hunger strike, but he was soon sent back to the special clerical ward without receiving adequate medical treatment.
In meanwhile, one day ago,
his family met Mr. Boroujerdi for a few minutes; they expressed their concerns
for his physical and health conditions in Evin Prison.
Mr Boroujerdi family
complained for the lack of attention for his medical treatment, as well as no
response of the prison authorities and the Special Court of Clergy to their
frequent inquiries. His family asks all human rights organizations and
activists to make all effort to transfer Mr. Boroujerdi to a well- equipped
hospital outside prison in order to receive required treatment and medical care
